Clubhouse Rental and Reservation
The upper level of the clubhouse is available for private rental by current homeowners of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake for use by the homeowner or their registered tenants, only.
RATES:

$10 per hour up to a $50 maximum for the date, charged to the homeowner's quarterly statement

A prepayment of $150 will be required for all rentals for cleaning services and is non-refundable.
Rental of the clubhouse is limited to the hours of 8:00 AM - 11:59 PM per day. Events cannot begin or extend beyond these times.
Rentals are limited to no more than fifty (50) guests at an event, and community parking restrictions must be adhered to to avoid towing.
The clubhouse is monitored by closed-circuit security cameras. All activity is being recorded for security purposes.
Homeowners are responsible for the rental and use of the facilities, and require a responsible adult (25+ years of age) to ensure rules and policies are followed.
Damages incurred or extra cleaning will be charged to the homeowner. The HOA is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, and use of the clubhouse is at your own risk.
To reserve the clubhouse, view the calendar (above) to ensure the date and time is available. Read and complete the following reservation agreement and COVID waiver for every attendee, and submit to Jennifer Conklin at admin@hcmanagement.org.
